Nice clean, new, beautifully decorated home in La Quinta
Positive: New, clean facilities. Well decorated. All amenities of La Quinta nearby. Well appointed.
Negative: No view or yard if you are looking for that. Did have access to pool, hot tub a block away.

Great location
This townhome was in a perfect location for us as we played golf at PGA West…clean and well designed home. Great communication from mgmt.

Positive: The place was immaculate! Clean and the design of the interior itself was amazing. We came down for Coachella and the location is super close so that we could Uber up and back. Hosts were great with all the info to the house, etc.
Negative: Nothing, it was all amazing.

Such a pretty and clean home!! All home furnishings and linens were new and clean!! Kitchen appliances new and so organized. Would rent again 100%!!
